Thank you BRANDON! We made it home, just like you promised!!! My three children and myself were stranded in Georgia going on two days. We were trying to get back home and had almost 150 miles left to go when we came across Brandon and 4N Autoworx’s after going to two shops in the area one of which referred us to 4N Autoworz! My vehicle was sputtering, not gaining speed, had difficulty accelerating and going up hills and did not want to stay on. We had just had the vehicle repaired one hour ago at a shop in Buford, GA but that shop did not correctly diagnose the issue. They used a machine to diagnose the general surface issue, but did not evaluate further to ensure the car was repaired properly. We got back onto the interstate and the car began to do the same thing. By then we were approximately 1hr away from that shop so we could not turn back. We decided to seek out another shop. Again this shop used the same machine and diagnosed the same issue and said that we may have been given a faulty mass air filter sensor so they recommended it be changed out and so it was changed out. They did not evaluate the vehicle any further including a test drive. This time we decided to test the vehicle on hills and around town before we got on the interstate. The vehicle began to do the same thing again by not accelerating , having difficulty going up hills etc. We took the vehicle back to the mechanic in Villa Rica and he looked like he did not know what to do. He didn’t appear to even want to come out to check over the car. He came out and basically recommended another area shop. We went to the recommended shop who then recommended 4N Autoworz, because they did not think they could fit us in. We arrived at 4N Autoworx approximately 1hr 30 mins before their closing time. The ladies at the front desk were very kind and asked us what was the issue. We explained everything that we had been through. They gave our keys to the technician and they tested the car to diagnose. They IMMEDIATELY knew what the issue was. No guessing nothing-they we’re sure, concrete and extremely efficient. They informed us of the problem and gave us two repair options and set our expectations as to what happens next. They answered all of our questions. The entire process took approximately 30-45 mins. They assured us that we would make it home. I can’t even imagine what we would do if we had to spend another day away from home. I definitely learned a lot during this entire experience. My vehicle is a foreign car so 4N was definitely the shop for me and even if it was not foreign we still found the right shop because I believe foreign cars are a bit more complex to work on. Also, just because the machine gives a diagnosis it does not mean it’s the root issue only a general issue and an experienced technician will not rely solely on a machine but his skills to further find the root issue to resolve. We left the place extremely pleased and eternally grateful for our experience with 4N. All heroes don’t wear capes! Some are just skilled mechanics that have are a very particular set of skills, skills acquired over a very long career. Skills that make them a Godsend for people like me!!
