Read MoreAmazing!!! I had an emergency, water spraying everywhere out of our water heater. I called my plumber, Valley Plumbing, to come out and help. My plumber advertised they were 24 hours a day, but when I called at 6:02pm the person told me they closed at 6pm and they only took appointments 24 hours a day and would not send anyone until the next day! False advertising! At this point water was running down the walls. I called two more plumbers who advertised 24 hours and got the same answer, they would come out the next day. But then I was lucky to call 1st American Plumbing and heating and they are actually a 24 hour service! Thank goodness! The individual on the phone took my information quickly and also help me with some actions I could take until the plumber arrived. He arrived about 30 minutes later and got to work. He fixed the leak/pipe and left around 10pm. He was very professional and took time to explain everything that needed to be done to address the problem. He also explained why we had the leak in the first place. I will call 1st American Plumbing and heating, in the future, for all my plumbing and heating needs.
