In November 2020, we contacted 128 Plumbing during the pandemic in the hope of getting service before summer.128 Plumbing was the only company that was offering so many brands of “mini-split” systems so we concluded they must be great at what they are doing. The client’s reviews were impressive.At the first visit, Kevin gave us an overview of the service, installation, prices, rebate, interest free loan through Mass Save. He answered our questions.At the end of December, Wayne, the installer did a walk-through to let us know where he would need access in every room, in the basement and under the eaves.A week later, on January 4, he arrived with Mike and Cash. Cash was the electrician. They began the installation that was completed 3 days later. During all that time, they would arrive at 7 AM and leave at or after 3 PM. They always contacted us at arrival and departure time. They always wore protection on their shoes, used a space heater while they were drilling thought the walls in the basement to compensate for the heat loss. They cleaned up thoroughly all day as they worked and again at the end of the day. And they were all very, very courteous.It has been a thoroughly positive experience. I am not getting paid or getting any incentive from the company for this review. This has been the most positive experience I have encountered since I moved here 19 years ago and we have undergone many home improvements from window replacements, roofing, a new boiler, chimney issues, carpenter work, vinyl siding installation, etc...
