First of all, this restaurant is a work of art in itself. The decoration is beautiful, and everywhere you look there’s something aesthetically pleasing. The vibe was incredible, and our waiter was professional, friendly, and attentive.
We started with the crispy tater cubes, which were delicious. Potatoes can be simple, but this dish stood out—the combination of parmesan and pickled egg was fantastic. We also tried the maitake mushroom. The flavor was a bit strong for me because of the soy sauce, but I still enjoyed it thanks to its great texture.
Next, we had the Tunisian chicken, which was like a pita pizza. It was exceptional—the mix of olives and chicken was perfect. I don’t usually like scallops, but I decided to give them another try and ordered the BBQ scallop. I was pleasantly surprised—the texture was spot on and the sauce complemented it beautifully.
Finally, we had the bavette steak. It delivered exactly what was promised. The marrow gave it a rich, meaty flavor, while the steak itself was tender and melted in my mouth. It’s especially delicious if you enjoy stronger, bolder tastes.
