We randomly happened upon this gem as we were passing through town. We were so pleased with the incredibly delicious food but the employees (guessing maybe owners) were so very sweet and even made my dish gluten free.
We were so pleased and wish we had another chance to enjoy another meal. We both ordered the chicken and shrimp and were thrilled with our choice. Also the sauce you top the dish with was incredible!

We ordered Rangoon, Chicken Katsu and a DC roll. Everything was good the staff were friendly and kind. Give them a try if you are near the park. They are parked across from the Art Hive and have a good amount of parking.

Really great addition to downtown Staunton! The food is healthy, fresh, high-quality, and well prepared. Service is fast. Prices are more than fair. And the staff/owners are genuinely nice folks. Definitely recommend!

Came back a second time in case it was a fluke. Oh my god this was the best Cali roll I’ve been able to find in this area for a long time. And when I say best because it actually tastes fresh like it was just made if it hadn’t been. I’m so excited to try the hibachi next! Very friendly staff! BUT THEY WILL NOT PROMPT YOU TO TIP ON CARD so please make sure to ask to tip on card if you don’t have cash! This will be my new go to snack place after work. So conveniently located next door to a brewery and across the street a cidery that don’t necessarily offer food but let you bring in outside food. My new little favorite find. Thank you!! 🙏🏼

Look, you won’t be disappointed. We went TWO nights in a row because it was that good. The best hibachi we’ve had. It’s fresh, great portions, and does not have tons of oil. I love the variety of veggies (carrots, broccoli, onions) and the 911 rice is just spicy enough. The meats are so fresh. It’s the first hibachi we’ve had where the yum yum sauce truly works with the food to compliment it and is not used to add flavor (if that makes sense). If you’ve been thinking of trying it, DO IT! I promise you won’t be disappointed. You can’t go wrong with any choice you make.

After several disappointing meals in Staunton we found this food truck by accident. The best hibachi I have had in years. This will be the go to place from now on. Prices were not bad either. We spent more at a restaurant across from it the day before for a lackluster meal. Definitely recommend and will be going there tomorrow for sure.

What an amazing little food truck! food was super fresh and seasoned very delicious, portions were just right , my wife and I had the Steak and the chicken with shrimp Hibachi and let me tell you both were Amazing, the yum yummy sauce hits the spot ! the Staff were extremely friendly and polite its a family operated food truck and it feels like they put their heart and soul into the food. If you are in Staunton you must try this food truck, you wont regret it !

We tried Yummy Hibachi Express yesterday evening and it was absolutely delicious! We tried a sushi roll and steak hibachi and its was some of the best food I've had in awhile. Everyone was so kind and the food was ready in less than 15 minutes. I highly recommend to anyone who loves sushi and hibachi! 10/10!
