Disappointing Experience at Yardbird Miami Airport
I recently visited Yardbird at the airport and was disappointed with the service I received from the elderly lady handling take-out orders. Despite the restaurant's great food, her poor customer service and communication skills left a sour taste.
In an airport setting where time is of the essence, I expected a more efficient and courteous experience. Unfortunately, the lady seemed overwhelmed and struggled to manage multiple orders simultaneously. Her communication was unclear, and she appeared frustrated when I asked for clarification on my order.
For a restaurant in a fast-paced airport environment, it's crucial to have staff who can provide excellent customer service, communicate effectively, and manage stress well. Unfortunately, my experience fell short of these expectations.

*Recommendation:* Yardbird should consider providing additional training to their staff, particularly those handling take-out orders, to improve their customer service and communication skills.
