11/9/24 11pm night shift workers were very incompetent, rude, and stubborn. For starters, my party saw a worker give out the wrong order and run out to chase the customer to exchange bags. Before she exchanges bags I asked her if that bag was for my party (i give her the name), she says “no but yours is almost ready”. I was not upset at this moment because I understand they were busy. I see people that came after us get their order so I go inside and wait for our bag to be called. My friend and I noticed our order was sitting on the shelf and called it out by the first name. The two cashiers working this night grabbed the bag and then questioned ONLY us if that was our bag that had the UNIQUE name. REMINDER SHE SAID OUR BAG WAS ALMOST READY EARLIER. I provided the last name but the same cashier that told us our order (repeated the first name too) was almost ready, decided to quickly get the manager. Im not sure what provoked them to do this because we werent upset or feuding. At this moment, we were confused since our food is being held for no reason. I confirm the name AGAIN to the cashier with my bag, however the new worker refused to even look at the receipt. This was very upsetting. The manager comes by and states the policy as if we were being uncooperative. Now all workers are focused on us for clearly petty reasons. I restate the name for the manager and how I told the cashier the name already, but the manager with piercings just seemed like she wanted to argue with me because she didnt look at the receipt on the bag. I told her to look down at the receipt already. I even pull up my online receipt with the exact name to show her and she said shrugs it off. Im now pissed because ive been saying the names and yet she doesnt even want to look. I tell her to look down already to solve the problem. Higher ups can look at the cameras and tell when she finally decides to look down. As someone who didnt start off upset or uncooperative, im not sure why this situation escalated like this. And reminder, the cashier with the glasses knew that was our order so im not sure what her motives were. Finally, I say the name again (name never changed) and the manager finally gives the bag. Being placed in that position was very embarrassing and uncalled for. The manager flipped me off when i walked out.
