Now, I am not one to complain but after our visit on 7/16/23 I will make an exception in the hope that the quality put out by the kitchen is not repeated. This was not the kitchen’s finest evening in my opinion (and that of my wife’s). Wings etc is usually one of the most consistent eateries for quality which is why my wife & I frequently eat there. On this occasion it was very disappointing, however. The “Baron”, normally a thick, succulent chicken breast was thinner than normal, dry and burnt on one side. The boneless wings, some of which were very small, were mostly breading. They were served with two small, and I mean small, pieces of celery when normally there are four large stalks. I would suggest that it doesn't take a whole lot of experience in the service industry to realize that this is not acceptable. The jalapeño poppers were excellent as were the fries. Our bar side server was pleasant and fairly efficient albeit the bar side was not busy at all. Sadly, the “Baron” has left a lasting impression.
