At first glance, the place felt like a healthier version of Panera, which makes sense given its franchise-style marketing approach.
The menu offers a wide variety of options. I initially had my eyes on a breakfast burrito, but since that’s only available until 10:30, I opted for lunch instead. I went with the tuna sandwich and corn & green chile soup, and I couldn’t be happier with my choice.
The soup was packed with flavor, showcasing the freshness of the ingredients with a few pieces of fresh bread. The green chile had a nice kick but wasn’t overly salty. The tuna sandwich was perfect with just the right mix of mayo and mustard grounds, complemented by tomatoes, lettuce, microgreens, and delicious multigrain bread that really hit the spot.
Even the coffee was impressive for a simple drip. They offer a blend and a Mexican Honey Hatusco, both of which were excellent.
I’ve bookmarked this spot and will definitely be back if I’m in the area again.
