Read MoreI'm going to give Whatabuger 5 stars, simply bc the Manager was kind enough to ask me if my drinks, that came with my meal, tasted watered-down, (and they did). She was kind enough to allow to get more drinks. I appreciate any inkling of good customer service these days. It's so rare!
I ordered 2 burger meals from online. It was during a busy time of day. When I went in to pick up the food, the staff was hustling trying to get orders to customers at the drive-thru, AND those of us inside. The wait wasn't extremely long. It was to be expected during peak the hour, and the staff wasn't dragging their feet, so I couldn't complain. Everyone was patiently waiting, and being served as quickly as possible. I think if they had more staff, service would be more efficient. However, everyone seems to be short staffed these days.
Anyway, the food was good, as usual. I usually order the Cheeseburger Meal w/Fries or onion rings, or the Cranberry Apple Chicken Salad.
