Even management could use some training classes on providing better customer service. I have given this place the benefit of the doubt and went back a few times, and every time, it's been the same thing. I've spoken to management and also reported this corporate, and I've yet to hear from them. Once I filed the complaint, it stated that I would receive a call or email to follow up on the complaint, and I've yet to hear from them. I guess all the employees get the bad customer service from corporate because it doesn't seem like corporate takes much pride in their job either. You would want to think when it's brought to the corporate office they would handle it the proper way which is to reach out to the customer and follow up on the complaint. I an soo done with this establishment and won't be going back to this Whataburger again.
