The hamburgers taste, like delicious beef. I think the wendy's taste much better than McDonald's. And their food seems fresher. I enjoyed a bacon cheeseburger very delicious!

Very nice restaurant. Visit on Monday, again great service ! Also came at noon for lunch, on a Friday, the employees were very friendly and polite, the manager on duty was greeting to all and right on top of our large order, ty.

Pittsfield Wendy’s has vastly improved in the last recently. Are used to be very slow and constantly messing up orders, but the last several times I have been over the last few months, they’ve gotten quick, polite, and accurate. Will start visiting here more often.

The types of people these employees have to deal with is honestly astonishing. Customers are so rude to the staff (who are clearly understaffed). So if any of the employees there talk like they're tired or stressed, cut them some slack.

There's a kid that works in the drive thru that recognizes my dog when we come through after shopping. A few times the wait was kinda long an the fries were cold but it's usually good.
