I ordered on the app, I went in to get the food and was told that they didn't have access to their online orders. I told the employee that I had the order on my phone and that she could look at it, she says that we can't do that. I said, well then what do we do, she responds that the app is a 3rd party and that I'd have to get my money back thru them. My problem is that she said that but when I looked down on the counter, there was an app order sitting there for Angela. I looked at it, looked back at her and did that a couple times and said ok and shook my head. If you don't have access to them, then why did Angela's order get done? I didn't get the employee's name but she is about 5'7" or a little taller and has a ring in her nose. If you don't have access to it, call corporate or the 3rd party company and tell them that so that they can stop the orders for your store until it gets fixed, common sense. Very lacking in leadership and professionalism.
