Read MoreI ordered the steak and eggs, and I was excited to dig in. The presentation was impressive, and everything on the plate was cooked to perfection. The eggs were prepared exactly as I requested—over medium—and the hash browns were nice and crispy, just as I had asked for. The flavors of the meal were incredible and beautifully complemented each other. However, the steak did not meet my expectations.
It was disappointingly chewy, which detracted from what could have been a stellar experience. I could tell that the issue didn't stem from the cooking technique, which was clearly spot-on, but rather from the quality of the meat itself. Despite this setback, I would eagerly return to the restaurant for another meal, as the rest of the menu has so much to offer. However, if I do go back, I won’t be ordering the sirloin again.
