I met a friend for lunch on a Thursday afternoon and the dine in area was relatively empty, but there was a constant flow of customers placing orders and taking them to go. We placed our order and waited about 5-7 minutes for it to come out. I ordered the Nashville Hot Tendo Sandwich with fries and a drink. I requested the slaw on the side. She got the same flavor, but in tenders. I took a bite from my sandwich without the slaw to taste the flavor. It was 😋. The sandwich had the right amount of heat and sweetness. The chicken was juicy and hot (temperature). I tasted the slaw before adding it to my sandwich and it was ok. Nothing crazy about it. What I liked was that it wasn't all mayo like most places, that's all you taste. What I didn't like was the kale in the slaw. Don't get me wrong, I like kale, but served this way, no. I did add it to my sandwich to add some crunch and help balance the heat (temp). The crinkle fries were good. There's a selection of fountain drinks and lemonades. I had the blueberry lemonade and had to mix it with water as it was too sweet for me. Overall, I enjoyed the sandwich and will come back to try the meal fries and street fries.
