Read MoreI recently dined at your establishment on November 30th and, while I usually enjoy my visits, my most recent experience was a bit of a slow burn.I ordered two burgers, a kids grill cheese, and steak fingers, items, in my humble opinion, that should take less time to prepare than a sloth taking a nap. Yet, a full 21 minutes later, my meal finally arrived. Twenty-one minutes! That’s longer than some people spend on their daily commute.I understand that things can get hectic in a restaurant, but a 21-minute wait for a simple order seems a bit excessive. Perhaps you could consider hiring a few more kitchen elves to speed things up?I hope you'll take my feedback to heart. After all, a happy customer is a returning customer.
