I didn't get it at first, I mean the name, but it soon became clear when I met the lady in charge. She was super nice, but she told me they were OUT of everything when I got in on a Friday night. So everything must be good, I say to myself. She offered a taste of their beans and they were good...so I felt even more SOL. Then, she offered to make me a burger, but it was One (1) pound, and she wanted to put some fat-back on it. So, I asked myself if I was that hungry. Either way, I couldn't pass up the offer as I had never experienced anything like this. I accept the offer, then she says; "We don't usually do fries, but I will cut you a potato and fry it." OK, I said, and I am glad I did. When I got back to my camp cabin at Potrero, I couldn't eat it all but I kept biting because it was so flavorful; I mean every bite. I brought the leftovers home to see if it was real, and the verdict is still hella' good. I will be seeing them again and recommend TuggaMomma's highly. If I might suggest a name for this gigantic burger; "SubKilo", or Godzilla, you choose. They only have one table, but you better take whatever they serve you and go home because you may not want to move around too fast after their meals.
