I came to Waco on business and decided to bring my family here. I tried the Texana and my wife tried the Hawaiiana. My kid had quesadillas. These tortas are huge. I would trade in size for better tasting tortas. My texana torta was just okay. It lacked flavor. My wife's Hawaiiana torta was incredibly salty. Our total bill was $44 and this includes 2 horchatas and 1 lemonade. The jalapenos had zero zip to them.
The restaurant location is kinda iffy in my opinion and the place was hot inside. There was a couple of flies that kept annoying us. Needless to say, we we're let down. Lots of potential though. I hope they improve their food and dining experience.
