Read MoreOn February 15th, I placed a pickup order for an 18 inch New York Style cheese pizza at 6:36pm. While it being a Saturday night, I expected a wait, but over an hour was a bit excessive. Based on the star rating and numerous recommendations, I decided to place the order and give it a try.
The lady on the phone had a great attitude and when arriving to the location the atmosphere was great. However, parking is absolutely terrible here. Navigating to the pickup counter was a bit challenging, as I did not see any signage.
Once I returned home I was HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED with what I received. I almost called to try to get a refund due to the fact my pizza was burnt. However, I must take some blame/responsibility for not checking before I left. The pizza was riddled with alternating spots of burnt crunches and soft spots. The crust was so hard that I did not find it edible.
Aside from the crust, the combination of cheese, seasoning, and sauce actually made the pizza, as a whole, not too bad. However, I would honestly prefer my normal pizza place (Mellow Mushroom) over this place any day.
