So we checked out The Mission Bar in our neighborhood for the first time, and yikes! let's just say it was a culinary catastrophe.. Our server was exceptionally courteous and efficient, displaying excellent hospitality. A sweetheart, but the food? Not so sweet. The food's beautiful presentation hinted at greatness, but its taste sadly missed the mark. We sampled several dinner menu items. Regrettably, the quality fell short: some steak was charred beyond recognition, the fried chicken tasted like yesterday's news, and the salmon needed a salt detox. We were too starving to send it back after a long day. Don't expect a repeat visit from us anytime soon. 😕Hint, hint: get your chef in check,Time to revamp the kitchen crew, and by the way, whose bright idea was it to sneak beetroot onto our plate?😬
