I've been here twice. The food is...good. I won't take that from them.
The second time I came, no one was there. They had simply chosen to step out. They left a sign saying they'd be back at 10. Doesn't help me.
Ultimately, reliability matters. If I go all the way to your place of business, and only then do I find out that you just didn't feel like working/serving me at that moment...that is a failure in customer service. I can't think of many bigger failures in fact, aside from getting sick from the food or actually being assaulted.
Anyway, I can't take the chance again that I go there and leave with an empty stomach. Sorry not sorry.
