Read MoreI wasn’t going to leave a review as I’ve seen the owner doesn’t take constructive criticism but hopefully something can change. I was here 11/27/24, service was slow, understandably busy but the owner/bartender stays in one area and you have to go to him. Went up a second time had my glass and money out on the bar. When he noticed me I said the guy next to me was here before me so he should be helped. So owner helps him and I figured I’d be helped next. He then looked opposite of me and helped this girl, my buddy was next to this girl and once she stepped away the owner asked what my buddy wanted. My buddy points across the bar at me and says he was here before me, owner says “well you’re right here and he’s over there.” And continues to help my buddy, I left the bar as I thought that is just poor customer service and rude. It’s a bummer cuz the beers are great, price is great and atmosphere is great. It’s not hard to treat people nicely and put a little hustle into serving your customers who wanna support and enjoy the place.
Obviously you don’t have to change anything as the place is usually busy but it’s a bummer people come to enjoy your establishment and they get ignored or treated crappy.
