Read MoreI am absolutely disgusted by the way my group of 10 friends and I were treated at your establishment. From the moment we walked in, the lady at the counter was unwelcoming and made us feel uncomfortable.
One of my friends needed to dispose of chewing gum and discreetly spit it into a dustbin. This same unfriendly employee then proceeded to falsely accuse him of spitting on the floor and loudly reprimanded our entire group. Despite my apologies, the situation escalated to the point where I was refused re-entry after stepping outside to make a phone call, under the continued false pretense of spitting on the floor.
When I spoke to the staff, it became clear that they were punishing the entire group for the alleged actions of one, which, as I explained, never even happened! This is unacceptable and frankly, discriminatory.
We have visited countless establishments and have never encountered such appalling treatment. It's hard not to feel that our skin color or nationality played a role in the way we were unfairly targeted and harassed.
Let me be clear: before making accusations and humiliating customers, ensure you have the facts straight. Don't harass innocent people, and most importantly, don't ever treat anyone this way again.
