If you have a pickup order, you will be ignored when picking it up, because they feel Doordash and other food deliveries come first. Why? I WANT MY FOOD HOT TOO!!! I was passed up 5 times standing at the counter while they helped those picking up for Doordash, Grubhub, etc. THEY CAME IN AFTER. In the middle of giving my name, she said, one minute and turned to help them. I started to talk, and again I was told wait while she helped the next one to come in. I was beyond frustrated.
The portions are smaller. They claim not. Recently, I did a to go order (due to an injury and unable to go out) my daughter picked it up. I ordered the Jumbalya (my favorite). I had few pieces of chicken and 3 shrimp, but hardly any noodles. The portion was half the size as when I eat in restaurant. I know because I take home a fair portion.
The cheesecake slice was missing the tip and so thin it couldn't stand in the container.
I haven't had it since and not sure I will. I can understand the higher prices, but not if the quality, service, and portions are not going to be consistent.
