Every bite and sip at The Aussie Grind felt like a reset for my soul.
I tried the T.A.G. Big Breaky perfectly scrambled eggs on thick toast, paired with crispy bacon, savory sausage, sautéed mushrooms, and a fresh slice of avocado. It was hearty, flavorful, and balanced, especially with the sweet-and-savory house jam.
Then came the Breaky Gnocchi, which was the real showstopper: golden gnocchi layered with spinach, eggs, parmesan, and crispy prosciutto. Comfort food, elevated.
To drink, I had the Melbourne, a refreshing green elixir with celery, spinach, green apple, and spirulina, absolutely vibrant and energizing. And the fresh orange juice? Cold-pressed sunshine in a glass.
