As a fellow business owner, I’ve held off on leaving this review for about six months because I understand how important reviews are. But at this point, I have to speak on it.
The food here is consistently good—no complaints there. However, the service at the register is a whole different story. The two young ladies who usually take orders have some of the worst customer service I’ve ever encountered—and I say that as a person of four daughters who knows attitude when I see it.
I try to give them grace because they’re young, but it's the same experience every time: no greeting, no smile, just “Are you ready to order?” like I’m bothering them. It feels rushed and uncomfortable from start to finish. I typically spend over $80 each visit, and while I’m waiting, I watch them treat other customers the same way—dismissive and rude.
Honestly, one of them must be related to the owner because I can’t imagine any business owner allowing that kind of energy to represent their brand. It reflects poorly, and it’s a shame because the food deserves better front-end service.
Every customer should be treated with basic respect—regardless of their appearance or social status. You never know who you’re serving. I’m not expecting over-the-top cheerfulness, but if you clearly don’t like your job, it might be time to move on.
From one business owner to another: the food is great, but you’ve got to hire better people. These two young ladies are hands down the rudest I’ve come across—and that’s saying something.
