Read MoreI went today right when they open at 3, alrdy plenty of ppl waiting outside, got in seated, there were 3 table around me, one table with party of 4, and the other table a couple and me n hubby, our server in the ticket was Danielle, and she was too busy attend the other two tables chatting very friendly with them, passing us back n forth without acknowledging us whatsoever, no greeting, not even looked at us. It’s like we’re invisible to her, we wait patiently for 20 mins, no water no drink, just the dinner rolls given by the girl who lead us to our table, that’s it. Then came Whitney to the rescue, she noticed that we’ve been neglected by Danielle, so she took our order. My husband order came out wrong instead of country steak sirloin she gave chicken, we wait again, we had lost our patience and our appetite, so we asked containers to go, the containers they gave are more like that clear plastic for fruit cut up, not even proper for food, she said that’s the only container they have, what a BS! What about container for online order or for take out, can’t they use that instead? Overall we didn’t have a good experience there on our first time ever dine in Texas Roadhouse Orange City. And we found out that Danielle who supposedly our server is the manager there. I don’t know why she ignored us like that, unbelievable!
