The salt pepper chicken wings never disappoint 😁 i see some bad review here. It's probably just a bad timing, like any Chinese restaurant that is take out. Food will sit so there'll be time you'll be having that batch. Panda express is the same. This place use to be packed back in the days till more and more neighboring take out or restaurant open up especially down spring valley. It is what it is in a competitive businesses. all and all don't listen to the review, give it a try.
