Read MoreSo I called my order for 2 whiting platters with mac and yams at 6:30, got there around 7:15 coming from Brookhaven Pa. Circled the block a couple times because parking is slim to non on that small block. Found parking at the top of the block, walked to the store for her to tell me 20 minutes. Mind you, it’s literally no one besides me, the cashier and the cook in the store so I’m like why wasn’t my order, were y’all super busy in the past 30 minutes? The cashier is like we were kinda busy but I’m putting your order in now, I said never mind baby, don’t bother. Mind you when I came in the cook was just standing there with the cashier which seemed to me like they wasn’t busy but that’s neither here or there. I was on a time limit, my husband leaves for work at 8:30 so I didn’t wanna wait and I had 1 more stop to make before going home on my only off day this week, which is also besides my point, it was the lack of customer service of her forgetting to put my order in, she didn’t give a damn. Her attitude was like oh well, good day. Being from Philly I honestly don’t like the flavors of the Philly location and it’s not a lot of options were I live so I chose the delaware location. Her sense of urgency or being a lil apologetic for them being unorganized for whatever reason was not there. Doubt if I’ll be ordering again, I didn’t appreciate that.
