The love and passion that is put into every dish is makes me happy, a professional will judge a restaurant on there sauces, if they take pride in there sauces they will care pride in the rest of there dishes.the sauces at San juilan, ohhh the sauces!!, I can tell are cooked for hours with delicate love and care. Also, there are reviews here saying the margarita is not good, my friends, you must not be used to fresh squeezed fruit and tequila. Because that's what a margarita from Mother Earth should be!, not full of preservatives and dyes.San Julian, I will continue to be a fan and yell your name loud and proud, as the BEST!
