Really good CDMX style tacos worth the hype. Swung by on a Sunday just before opening. A line started forming around 11:45, but it moved quickly—maybe a 15–20 minute wait, max. Dine-in only, but everything’s served on plastic plates for fast turnover. True to the CDMX street...Read More

Best tacos in the city. Go up to the counter, place your order and in about 5 mins, food is ready. Not many seats, so you’ll probably have to stand outside to eat. Highly recommend the green over the red sauce.

This place is quite popular, so you may end up waiting in line, even during off-peak hours. Flavor-wise, their tacos are good but might not stand out dramatically compared to other top Mexican spots in NYC. Considering the wait time, the food itself is around...Read More

These tacos are not for people that seek attention to post in their social media. This place is for those who want to taste the flavor of the authentic Mexican street tacos/cuisine. If you are flabbergasted by how Michelin decided to grant one star to Mexican...Read More

You will love the way we, the Mexicans, eat the cactus. Good for your health and tasty.

Keep hearing about these tacos. Definitely lived up to the hype. There will be a line but moves quickly. Menu is short of sweet. Not a bad taco on it.

The line may take some time but these are some great tacos with lots of flavor. Loved the campechano personally but I think all of them will leave you satisfied. Minimal seating spots available.

The tacos taste great, and the self-serve sauces enhance the flavor perfectly. The shop is a bit small, but the lively atmosphere is quite enjoyable

This place was WILD busy on a Sunday mid-afternoon although the line and service moves pretty fast. All the meats we tried were good, and the price was pretty standard. They also let you put the taco toppings on yourself, which was awesome. Their homemade...Read More

Only six types of tacos are sold there and I have tried all. I can say it is the best taco in Manhattan and Brooklyn. I have been twice in one week but still can’t get enough of it. If you love spicy, their spicy...Read More

The pastor was definitely one of the best I ever had. Loaded with lots of meat and flavor. Definitely worth the trip. The rest are just okay. Limited seating and no take outs.

Popular hole in the wall taco spot in greenpoint for good reason. Outside of Mexico, these are the best tacos I’ve ever had and every time I’m in greenpoint I try to make a stop here. They recently opened an offshoot in the city but sadly...Read More

Definitely the spot for CDMX tacos. Haven’t had suadero like this in the US. Excellent tacos. Busy place, even until closing on a Sunday night.

Listen, I’ve eaten tacos from Queens to Querétaro and Taqueria Ramirez is the real deal. No frills, no fuss—just fire. The suadero? Melt-in-your-mouth magic. The tripa? Crunchy perfection. You can tell these folks care about the craft—every bite tastes like someone’s abuelita is watching from...Read More

Absolutely the best street style tacos hands down in Brooklyn if not NYC. The staff are incredible, cranking out order after order. Even though there is always a line, it moves quickly. Highly recommend the pastor with pineapple and the longaniza 10/10🔥🍋‍🟩🌮

Taqueria Ramirez is that neighborhood taco shop that’s worth the hype. I especially love how deftly seasoned the fillings are and their bright and stingy salsa. Wow! YUM! These tacos were so good. I arrived around 2:15 pm and the line was long. It went by very quickly though! So don’t let that deter you. I got suadero and longaniza. The suadero was my fave. The salsa was great and the limes were...Read More
