I'm talking about the flavor of all of their choice of meats, by that I mean if ordered plain it would taste delicious. Now of course, you can compliment it with all usuals. I suspect these guys are using recipes handed down with consistency and quality in their flavor at any time of day as I have stop by in the morning, midday and night at different days, same everything. Carne asada is not just that, ingredients are added for unique flavor, carnitas, ugh my favorite and very flavorful, al pastor, cabesa, same. Tripas nicely cooked, crispy but not crunchy, perfect. This establishment takes this seriously with quality, flavor and service. It is a small place with about five tables for 4 and a couple outside. Nothing fancy here so don't panic and give this place a try you will not regret it, nice parking lot, just very good food.
Just remember Mexican food is regional and distinct in flavor so these folks seem to be from Jalisco but I never asked.
Easy freeway access and exit either way.
