To make matters worse, I placed an online pickup order and received duck instead of chicken. When I called to address the mistake, the front desk staff rudely insisted it was chicken and hung up on me instead of apologizing or correcting the issue. Their online portal was no help, and customer service merely ‘took my feedback’ without resolving the problem or issuing a refund. I’ll never order from here again. There are plenty of better Chinese takeout options—don’t waste your time, money, or energy on this place.
