The smart TV would not properly mirror content from my phone, and the A/C unit released an unpleasant odor when switched to heating mode.
Upon checking the bathroom, I found a used towel that had been folded and rehung as if clean. When I informed the front desk, they offered a replacement, but by then I had already set it aside and used a clean one after showering. I also requested that the room be serviced the following day while I was away at a meeting. However, upon returning, I found that the bed had not been made, the “do not disturb” sign was missing, and two of the towels provided weren't fresh, one still had strands of hair, and another had a red smudge.
The continental breakfast was also disappointing compared to the description online. Options were limited to frozen waffles that needed to be pressed for heating, basic bread and bagels, oatmeal, small boxes of cereal, and standard coffee and juice. Overall, the experience fell far below expectations, both in cleanliness and hospitality.
