When you’re expecting tiny street tacos that seems like a lot, but this was enough to feed four people because everything is so stuffed with meat. They are certainly generous.
The Al Pastor was my favorite, and if I had some grilled pineapple it would have been heavenly.
The Barbacoa was very good. Soft, flavorful.
My wife loved the Birria Quesadilla but I never made it that far. She said it had great flavor and plenty of cheese.
I did eat one of the mulitas and it was very good. I was begging for some spice which is the only knock against it, but after I was full and couldn’t stomach another bite, I remembered they gave us some salsas which is exactly what would have done the job.
It’s probably closer to 4.5 than 5 stars but I decided to round up because of technique. Nothing was overcooked or undercooked. The onions were cooked perfectly as were the peppers, so putting my bias for added spice aside, it is 5 stars for quality and value.
