Read MoreI usually frequent the Taco Casa off of Wheatland which is actually further away from where I am, but I pass by that location more frequent. However, on this day, I decided to go up the street since my kids wanted Tacos. I’ve been here before when they first opened but that experience was weird during Covid. So I decided to check em out again and instead of going in like I normally do, I went through the drive-thru. INSTANTANEOUSLY, “UM YEAH! PLACE YOUR ORDER!” I hadn’t even had a chance to glance at the menu yet! So I go, “Yes! Give me a second please so that I can look at the menu…” I almost ended that sentence with a “B”. So as I am looking at the menu, hear smacking and then a heavy exhale of breath as if she’s getting irritated because I am trying to see the menu. So I asked for the bundle, half crunchy and half soft tacos. Which is under $24.. But when I added sour cream to 3 of the tacos, the bill came to $36! How does 3 squirts of sour cream take it to nearly a 50% increase??? I drove to the window, ready to pay was then told that an error was made and the sour cream wasn’t added???? The total THEN became $39. I paid it because we were hungry. When we got home, this goofy added sour cream to everything… So she didn’t even get the order right. I tell ya what though, WE WILL NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION EVER AGAIN!
