The girl who was serving had an impolite tone while taking my order as when I asked her if she’d said orange juice was an option for the beverage, she said that she had just told me it was. The reception isn’t always the clearest through the speakers but I guess I’m sorry I asked for clarification?
After we proceeded to the window and she was done handing me my order, I asked her if her name was Gabriela as shown on the receipt and she said in a snarky tone “No. Why do you need to know my name?...I don’t need to tell you my name!” I asked her to call over the manager and she refused. She said I could come inside to talk to the manager but she wasn’t calling him over. When pressed further about her name, she said it was Ashley and shut the window in my face.
I went inside and asked for the manager, Ashley started talking in Spanish to her coworkers and it appeared they were talking smack about me. The manager or “manager” came over and hardly spoke English, so couldn’t really converse when I told him what transpired. I also told him they should be wearing name badges so they can be identified by name in the event of a complaint and he responded saying they don’t wear badges…what a silly response. He seemed dull and didn’t have much to say about my complaint either.
It really seems they have a poor team here.
Additionally, they messed up my order and gave me a bean taco instead of beef.
What a god-awful experience.
