The young man who assisted me at the drive-thru was a true gem. He exuded warmth, friendliness, and professionalism throughout our interaction. Despite the hustle and bustle of the lunch rush, he took the time to greet me with a smile, thank me for my patronage, and even wished me a wonderful weekend.
