Read MoreI've been here a few times over the last several weeks. Here's a few thoughts on this new Taco Bell to Basehor: People seem overly frustrated by the kiosks. They're really not difficult to use and I prefer them a lot to McDonald's. I think what would help to bridge the gap between someone taking and order an the kiosk would be more attentive staff. I don't think it's they're fault but maybe getting used to this new location. But, when someone walks in, "Welcome to Taco Bell!" would probably lower frustration from customers really quick. Also, watching the front counter would be good. It feels cold to simply interact with a kiosk with no interaction from staff.
Also, it's strangely quiet, almost sterile. There's no music going, and the staff are super quiet.
I like the Taco Bell but they'd be killing it here in Basehor with some friendly greetings and staff asking if they can be helpful at all.
Still, good Taco Bell.
