Always add the pintos 'n cheese to whatever I order and put a packet of their "mild" taco sauce in it. I tried the fiesta taco salad recently and it was very good and ready to eat. It was a bit high calorie. I assumed the slightly crunchy shell must be the culprit there. Fresh lettuce, rice, beans, cheese taco sauce, meat sauce and a tiny amount of sour cream. For take out (I've only done take out at this location) the salad comes in this great box that totally protects it on the ride home. It's nice to think they think ahead and plan for that attractive salad to still be attractive on arrival at home. The nicest lady works at night and always remembers to add my mild taco sauce.
