Read MoreI had a disappointing experience during my recent visit. There were at least five staff members present—three women and two men. One team member was on break, another was preparing food, and the remaining staff appeared to be working on organizing orders. One of the women was stationed at the computer, but there seemed to be a lack of coordination, as conversations were centered on figuring out order logistics. The floors were notably unclean, which did not make a positive impression. Additionally, other customers voiced frustration with their orders.
When I finally received my order, I noticed that some items were missing. After informing the staff, I had to wait an extended period for the issue to be resolved, and there was a moment where it seemed I had been forgotten. There appears to be a need for improved training to ensure smoother service and order accuracy. The only individual who appeared to be putting in extra effort was a young woman with glasses. Unfortunately, this experience left much to be desired.
