Read MoreStoped there at about 9:30 on Saturday night and they were extremely busy, but I noticed that they had an what seem to be an experienced staff and they were handling it very well and calmly, getting orders out as fast as could be expected with the amount of people that had there. They really needed their second line to be open but I'm going to attribute that to staffing shortage. Although I did wait probably 15 minutes total from putting the order in at the kiosk to getting my order I did have four doordash drivers and an entire full drive-thru already in front of me, so again I think they handled everything very well. Note to management, if you do have the staff to have your second line open during that period of time, on the weekends being in Southside, I strongly suggest you staff them, you would probably double your revenue during those hours. And thank you for having the lobby open. Without the lobby open I would have gone somewhere else because the line was so long for the drive-thru.
