Reply to owner: I was never asked about my meal. I placed my order, 15min later received the drink and ramen at the same time, ate my meal, and asked for the check. That was the extent of my interaction with the bartender. I was there around 6pm on 12/6.
Thanks for the advice on how to eat at a bar. Next time I’ll raise my hand and ask them to please bring me miso paste or anything with flavor to make the bowl of salty water more appetizing. I honestly I had nightmares about this dish. No amount of hot sauce helped.
The salmon was dry, had a flaky texture and lacked the rich, buttery smoothness of properly cooked fish. It looked dull and chalky, and crumbled awkwardly.
