I recently dined at SUSHISAMBA in Las Vegas, and it was an amazing experience! The fusion of Japanese, Brazilian, and Peruvian flavors was truly unique and delicious. The atmosphere was vibrant, and the staff was friendly and attentive, making the entire evening enjoyable. One of the standout dishes for me was the dessert with donuts and ice cream. It was not only delicious but also very unique. The variety of sauces on the plate was surprising, and you could tell that a lot of thought went into creating the flavors. We also tried The Moqueca Mista, which was simply outstanding. The dish was packed with a generous amount of seafood, each piece perfectly cooked and bursting with flavor. The rich and creamy broth tied everything together beautifully, making it a must-try for seafood lovers. However, I was disappointed with the salmon ceviche. I usually love ceviche, and while the sauce itself was pleasant, the overall taste of this dish was too specific for my liking. I wouldn’t recommend it.Overall, SUSHISAMBA offers a fantastic place to experience something different and memorable. Highly recommend trying it out, especially The Moqueca Mista, but maybe skip the salmon ceviche.
