I just placed an order, drove 20 miles to pick it up, and returned home only to find I received the wrong food. On top of that, the chicken included in my order had a bad smell. While I don’t typically do this, I called to inform them of the mistake, especially since I spent over $70 on this order. The person who answered the phone said she would check with the owner about a refund. After a few minutes, she returned to inform me that the owner did not approve the refund and only offered to exchange the incorrect order if I returned right now. I asked if she had mentioned to the owner that I had driven over 20 minutes to pick up the food, and she confirmed she had. Unfortunately, this experience has left me disappointed, as this kind of service is how businesses lose customers. WAIST OF TIME (BECAUSE PEOPLE WORK) AND WAIST OF MONEY!NEVER AGAIN
