UPDATE 11/14/23: Subway has turned it around. Better service and much better food.
In the past six months, when we went in, the staff was complaining to customers and rude to each other.
This week we've ordered online twice. The first time the footlong chicken breast sub had no meat on it. Today, we got one of two cookies ordered.
We hadn't complained, or returned for the missing items, as dealing with the instore staff has been generally unpleasant.
We know work gets busy and places have had a difficult time hiring but that is everywhere, including at our jobs.
Subway Antigo needs an attitude adjustment and someone to double check online orders.
