There were 2 separate customers ahead of me and I had to wait a few minutes before ordering which gave me enough time to notice a printed memo taped to the sandwich glass stating that the store was short staffed and asking for customers to have patience. I only saw the one employee working the whole time I was there, so he was actively multi tasking between taking orders, making sandwiches, putting bread in the oven, cashing out orders, and other prep work. He was working really hard and that’s a lot of jobs for one person. But he had a great attitude and a friendly demeanor nonetheless. Seemed like he knew some of the other customers coming and going so that tells me he has built relationships with some regulars probably because he works hard and keeps a positive attitude. I hope this store treats that guy well because he is an asset as an employee.
