They've done a terrific job remodeling the store, it's incredibly nice, well-laid out, and comfortable. I order through their app, and they're always on time with my sandwiches, and are made correctly even without myself being there. I regularly go back, and am satisfied.

Even with a staffing shortish the employees take excellent care of the customer. The wait can be long at times but it doesn't matter to the employees they just keep giving you the best customer service possible.
