I walked in, pointed at the exact, Limited time specialty sandwich that I wanted, made the same way with the exact same ingredients as a picture. I didn't get that. Ended up getting a sandwich that needed to be toasted twice and that ended up being a completely different type of Sandwich than in the picture. I pointed to what I wanted but the night shift kid working said I didn't specify what I wanted. Not sure where the disconnect is other than Maybe a severe lack of interest in his job. No apology or attempt to correct the situation just a smug look a second charge for toasting a second time as well as bad ingredient charge. It was all bad. In the sandwich was awful. It's a wrap for me here. Peace.
