The manager in subway reached out to me and made sure I received my order. She was very kind and apologized for the inconvenience. I am changing my 1 star to 5 stars because of how well the manager treated me.
Subway you did me real dirty. Why allow someone one to make a purchase on your app for a location that is closed. So now you have my money and I'm still hungry.
There is no customer service number for me to talk to a live person. So I am supposed to fill out a form online and trust you will contact me. This is not okay.
